Returns & Exchanges Policy

For all Humgroupllc items, we offer store credit for all returns or exchanges that are processed within 15 days of receiving, subject to availability.

Unfortunately, all sales from the vintage section of the site are final and we are unable to refund items if they fit the description.

All returns will be issued in the form of store credit. For exchanges, the returned item's value will be credited, allowing you to repurchase the desired size or style. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

To ensure a smooth process, kindly include the following details in your email:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return (size, color, and style)

We do not process automatic exchanges. Instead, returns are issued as store credit in the form of a discount code equivalent to the item's value.

Your store credit code can be used across our entire site, allowing you to purchase any item from both our brand and vintage collections.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with tags attached.
  • Items should be carefully repackaged, preferably in the original packaging.
  • Returns sent without prior request or those that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.
