All our items are handmade to order with the highest craftsmanship, requiring up to two weeks for production before dispatch.

If you need your order urgently for a special occasion, please email us before purchasing at want@humgroupllc.shop. Depending on our current workload, we may be able to offer a priority order, allowing your item to be made sooner and dispatched more quickly.

Once ready, orders are shipped the next day via Royal Mail, and you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

• UK Customers: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over £80.
• International Customers: Orders are shipped via Royal Mail International with an estimated delivery time of one week. Shipping costs are £10.99 plus £3.99 per additional item, but orders over £180 qualify for free shipping.
